The Horizon Walker Extra Attack will properly make use of the additional 5e Attack Actions that BG3 does not consider Attacks (Shove, Shove Prone, and Grapple), but you will need to use the optional patches for the mods that implement those Attacks in order to get them to show up for the Horizon Walker's Extra Attack feature.

If you want to dual wield id choose another sub class or use another form of combat like dueling. Dual wielding conflicts with your planar warrior feature because both of them need a bonus action to be used. I suggest go sword and shield (or two-handed) Horizon walker or, if you really want to dual wield, go hunter.Personally, I'd probably build a melee focused ranger. Dueling fighting style for damage, spells such as Zephyr Strike and Ensnaring Strike, and at level 4 get Elven Accuracy. With Zephyr and Ensnaring Strike you can easily proc Elven Accuracy so you can effectively crit fish. Currently a level 8 horizon walker.
